I’d like to give a big shout out to Nick with whom I have completed a 6 week strength training programme ! He gave me the confidence to really build up to lifting weights that I would have been to scared to lift at the start! Apart from being great fun and super motivating , Nick really knows his stuff and I felt totally safe in his hands .
More than that by the end of the six weeks I had achieved fabulous results in muscles strength and loss of body fat .
A win for me! A win for Nick ! And another win for Transform wellness !!!

Happy to recommend the Core Wellness team at Epsom.  I chose this clinic after dropping in on spec to "vet" the place and was very pleased with my initial impression.   That view has  been confirmed by my subsequent visits for treatment. You are made to feel very welcome and the professional staff inspire confidence.
