We pride ourselves on delivering an expert standard of personal training to all ages. Our trainers have the experience of working in close connection with our physios and chiropractors providing them with expert knowledge on human movement and function. We will give you the knowledge and confidence to achieve your goals and sustain long term results.

Why small group personal training

Expert coaching

All our coaches are trained to give you expert advice and correction. Our coaches typically see clients who are de-conditioned making us excellent at adapting and personalising the workout.

Cost Effective

All the same benefits of one-to-one training in a much more complete, cost effective package. This is borderline PT for a 1/5 of the price. We train 1 trainer to 8 clients max.

Supportive Community

The presence of others in the group creates a sense of support, motivation and accountability keeping you committed to your fitness goals.

1-1 assessments and evaluation

Our trainers will give you an InBody assessment free every 2 months and look at your functional movement patterns and goals. This ensures we stay on track for results.

How do we ensure results?

Every training session at Transform Wellness will be unique and different. We believe one of the best ways to transform your body is to keep variation. We have many touch-points that make results happen! You will have InBody assessment every 2 months as a member or weekly weigh-in on our transform programme.

We use “Myzone” a monitor system that displays heart rate, calories, time and effort (MEP points). This is displayed on a large TV monitor in our gym or on an app, whilst simultaneously creating an online logbook of all physical activity that can be viewed anywhere and tracked by our team to keep you on track!

Alongside this we have on-site chiropractors, sports massage therapists and nutritional support at your disposal.

Small-Group Personal Training (SGPT): provides the tailored approach and personal attention you need to achieve results faster with the added motivation of a fun class dynamic. It is more cost-effective than one-to-one personal training and because we run sessions every hour, you’re more likely to find a slot that works for you.

Our programming at Transform Wellness will always test and challenge you in different ways. We offer sessions focused on strength building, cardiovascular based sessions including interval training and hybrid sessions. All our sessions complete with flexibility and rehabilitation work to manage symptoms and keep you mobile.

Yes SGPT is suitable for beginners. Our trainers work hard to adapt by regressing and progressing you accordingly. Our trainers regularly deal with clients who have never stepped foot in a gym!
Everyone is welcome and we train all different ages.
Absolutely! This is the best way to experience our small group personal training sessions. Please contact us and ask for our one day pass.
